Here we go again, the ingredient list for April's Paper Chef

Eggs, Rocket, Almonds, Bulgar, Lentils, Sunflower seeds, Raspberries, Cream, Ricotta, Pasta, Pine nuts, Salami, Dried tomatoes, Floury potatoes, Brown sugar, Corn, Bread, Butter milk, Golden syrup, Strawberries, Balsamic vinegar, quail, thyme, goat's cheese, green tea, tuna, lamb, Aubergines, Fresh Chilies, Lemon Verbena, Summer Squash, Grapes, Mushrooms, Dark Chocolate, yoghurt, kidney beans, spring onions,green tomatoes, carrots, tomatillios, Broccolini, yucca, blood oranges, cured olives, Kidneys, trotters, blackberries, mangos, rucola, Artichokes, asparagus, cashew nuts, Wasabi, lavender, cornmeal, truffle oil, asiago cheese.

Paper Chef 38 - Round Up

This month's Paper Chef Challenge had quite a few entries, some first timers & some who were so keen they cooked up a storm with 2 different recipes! Its good to see that there are bloggers out there up for the challenge given that the four key ingredients this month were: Figs, Mint, Polenta & Anchovy.Impossible to combine? definetly not! so here are this month's entries:

Harini from Cleanplatter came up with with Minty Mediterranean Croquettes but there was also a 2nd recipe Grilled olive polenta with minted fig chutney

Tanna from My Kitchen In Half Cups with, i'm not sure what the name of this dish is but Tanna has labled the post as simply Figs Anchovy Mint Polenta

I have to say eight different bloggers with eleven (or twelve if you count a double pizza) different recipes is pretty amazing. Well done to all.
